RO Living Water is owned and operated by Steve Stiles and his son Jonah Stiles. We are Santa Rosa’s only independent authorized dealer for Pure Water Technology - every install, every filter change, every service call is handled personally by one of us. No subcontractors, no call centers, no drivers you’ll never meet twice.
Why we started RO Living Water
We were tired of watching Sonoma County offices throw away 1,500+ plastic jugs per employee every year, and tired of watching jug-delivery companies charge more every quarter while delivering less. Reverse osmosis produces better water, at a predictable monthly cost, without the plastic and without the freight. When we became authorized dealers for Pure Water Technology in 2024, we made a deliberate choice to stay small enough that the owners still do the work.

Jonah Stiles
Owner & service lead
Lifelong Sonoma County resident. Jonah handles most installs and the service calendar. When you text the main line, you’re usually texting Jonah directly.

Where the name comes from
To be clear: we are not that Living Water. Whoever drinks this water will thirst again. But ask us, and we can point you in the right direction.
