Water + Ice

Ice and water. One tap.

Hot, cold, and ice on a single plumbed-in unit. The i14 runs dual RO membranes in parallel - twice the throughput so the cold tank and ice bin keep up with peak demand.

What you get

Everything on one dispenser.

Hot · Cold · Ice
Three dispensing modes on a single unit. No countertop ice maker, no freezer trays.
Dual RO (i14)
Two RO membranes in parallel on the i14 - twice the throughput so peak demand never bottlenecks.
6-month service
We service filters every 6 months on ice units (vs. annually on water-only), included.

WellSys i16 · Countertop ice + water

Countertop Water and Ice Dispenser.

Designed with elegance to complement any workspace. Dispenses hot and ambient water plus nugget-style ice. Taller than your average countertop unit, the i16 produces 165 lbs. of ice a day - with an optional base for a freestanding setup.

  • Nugget-style ice - chewable, cafe-quality
  • Produces up to 165 lbs of ice per day
  • Hot and ambient water on the same unit
  • Countertop footprint - optional base for freestanding
  • Multi-stage RO filter bank sized for the i16's draw

Why dual RO (i14)

Two membranes.Twice the throughput.

WellSys i14 Combination Ice & Water Dispenser
The problem

A single RO membrane can't keep up.

Making ice and serving cold water both pull from the same filtered supply. At peak office hours, a single-membrane unit falls behind - the cold tank drops, the ice bin empties, and someone's standing at the dispenser waiting.

Faster fill

Two membranes. More water, in less time.

The i14 runs two RO membranes in parallel. Twice the throughput means the cold tank stays full and the ice bin refills between rushes - the unit keeps up with the busiest hour of the day.

Longer machine life

Clean water in, fewer service calls out.

Scale and sediment are what kill ice makers. 4-stage RO removes them before they reach the unit, so the ice maker lasts longer. Less buildup, fewer breakdowns, fewer service calls.

Included service

Filters swapped every 6 months.

Ice units earn a filter change every 6 months (vs. annually on water-only models). It's all in the monthly rate - we track the schedule, we come to you, you never think about it.

Offices of ~30 peopleSized right for mid-sized teams that want hot, cold, and ice without three separate appliances.
Common areas that host clientsHaving ice on tap for meetings and guest drinks feels meaningfully better than a plastic jug next to a freezer.
Side-by-side

I 14 vs. the ice alternatives.

The old way

Bagged ice or countertop ice maker

  • Someone runs to the store for bags, or wrestles a countertop unit that makes ice slowly and melts between shifts
  • Countertop ice makers use unfiltered tap water - cloudy cubes, scale buildup, replaced every couple of years
  • Bags of ice = plastic waste, freezer real estate, and a cost line that never gets smaller
  • Separate water cooler needed on top of all that
The Living Water way

I 14 plumbed-in water + ice

  • Hot, cold, and ice on one dispenser - plumbed into your cold-water line
  • Dual RO membranes (i14): twice the throughput for peak ice + water demand
  • Flat on a 5-year plan - filters serviced every 6 months, included
  • Zero plastic, zero bagged-ice runs, zero freezer real estate

Our 4-Stage Filtration Process

Every RO Living Water system uses the same 4-stage reverse-osmosis path: sediment pre-filter, carbon block, RO membrane, post-carbon polish. Removes ~90% of total dissolved solids.

  1. Sediment pre-filter blocks microplastics, dirt, and rust
    Stage 1 · Sediment

Removes dirt, silt, rust, pipe residue, and microplastics

  2. Activated carbon block reduces chlorine, chemicals, and pesticides
    Stage 2 · Carbon block

    Reduces chlorine, chemicals, and pesticides

  3. Reverse-osmosis membrane removing dissolved solids
    Stage 3 · RO membrane

Reduces dissolved solids, pharmaceuticals, and metals

  4. Post-carbon polish removes residual taste from the RO membrane
    Stage 4 · Post-carbon polish

Polishes residual taste from the membrane. On the i14, minerals are added back at this stage for flavor; the i16 produces clean, mineral-light water.
